This modern custom home, located in a Kingston suburb and spanning two full lots in depth, was designed from the ground up by our studio – architecture, interiors, and full build involvement. Positioned centrally on the site, the layout allows for a gracious entry courtyard at the front and seamless indoor-outdoor living at the rear. Its full-width footprint supports expansive single-level living, with every square foot carefully planned.

The exterior is clad in crisp white stone and deep wood siding, punctuated by broad panes of glass to create a continuous connection to the landscape. Inside, the home is divided into public and private wings: a bright, open-concept living area encourages gathering and flow, while a tucked-away sleeping wing offers calm and privacy.
